A cappella Christian song about letting our prayers like incense ascend to God.
Lyrics
In the still of night
Hearts open wide
Whisper our plea
To the sky so high
Kneeling down low
Eyes closed so tight
Our voices rise
Into the light
Like incense sweet
Our prayers ascend
To heaven’s gate
To our Friend
Every word and sigh
Every silent cry
Reaches His ear
Far beyond the sky
Faithful and true
His love never ends
We send our prayers
To our Friend
Like incense sweet
Our prayers ascend
To heaven’s gate
To our Friend
